A study just came out that feeling grateful can help heart patients heal. I think that's a great finding. I wonder what it means for keeping our hearts healthy generally. The Institute of HeartMath (I'm a HeartMath mentor) says that feelings of appreciation and gratitude are good for our hearts. In addition, there's research that feelings of gratitude are good for our brains. I wonder what gets in the way of being grateful each day? I have a ten day Sugar Challenge to improve your health and happiness, I think next I need to create a ten day Gratitude challenge. Would you take it?
