Eating for Energy Tips!
Here are some suggestions for energy boosts:
 Drink

  • Water
  • Tea rather than coffee
  • Have a slice of lemon or lime with your water
  • Add a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to your water
Eat

  • Protein and carbs together..
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • High quality foods with life force
  • Whole foods
  • Superfoods like leafy greens
  • Sea plants
  • Plant based iron like spinach, beans/lentils
  • Vitamin C rich food
  • Complete proteins like quinoa or buckwheat
  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • Lentils
And also

  • Chew your food
  •  Sniff citrus or peppermint or cinnamon
Avoid
