- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup berries
- 1 cup diced melon or mango
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2-4 ice cubes
Mango Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen mango (the Environmental Working Group lists mangoes as one of the clean 15
- A little tahini (less than one tablespoon)
- A healthy squirt of lime juice (get some alkaline in you early in the morning)
- 1/2 cup of water
