Be Happy -- Increase your Energy

Having enough energy is not all about food.  It's also about how you feel.   Do you ever notice that when you are happy you have more energy and sometimes tired makes it hard to be happy?   Feeling tired can keep you from doing things you enjoy and spending time with people you care about.  Here are some quick tips that can help with your energy, and might also help you to feel a little happier. 
  • Get enough sleep -  seven or eight hours every night
  • Breathe
  • Go outside
  • Listen to music
  • Stand up and stretch
  • Be with happy people
  • Find balance
